The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Resolution “On amending the Resolution of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine “On election of judges” No. 4048-VI of November 17, 2011”

The Verkhovna Rada resolves:

1. Make the following amendments to the Resolution of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine “On election of judges” No. 4048-VI of November 17, 2011”:

1) exclude the words of the “Higher administrative Court of Ukraine Temkizhev Ihor Khazhmurydovych”.

The Resolution comes into force on the day of its adoption.

The respective draft resolution was registered under No. 4195.
